Each piece of Silver Ranch jewelry is crafted by hand, so please allow up to 7 days before your piece is shipped. Often, however, we ship your piece more quickly. You will receive a tracking number when your package ships. Approximate shipping times are listed below and are not guaranteed.

We offer international shipping to certain countries and locations. Pricing is for shipping only, and does not include duties or taxes that may apply. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your country’s customs office for more information. Your package will be marked “accessories” and will include the retail value of the contents. We cannot mark the package as a gift or reduce the value marked on the customs label.

PACKAGING & GIFTS
You jewelry will be delivered in a beautiful Silver Ranch branded gift box. All orders will include an itemized receipt. If you are shipping the jewelry as a gift directly to its recipient, please let us know and we will not include the receipt.
We accept returns of all new, unused jewelry within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned with original packaging in perfect condition. Your purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method (credit card or Paypal), less the shipping costs. Items returned without original pouches, or jewelry boxes will be charged a restocking fee.
Sale items and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
If your item was a gift, we will issue you a store credit.
